Project Overview

Our objective is to give away new and gently used neckties to young men and women ages 14-18.  Many young people do not own a necktie and have never been taught how to tie a necktie. Power Partners USA wants to help by working with high schools, nonprofit and for profit organizations to distribute and demonstrate how to tie the neckties.  ​

GOALS

1. Benefit Students: Power Partners USA members have the platform to mentor the students on how the neckwear is a symbolic “tie” to the end result of graduation, a job interview, client meeting and/or meeting a company dress code.
2. Students receive a functional part of their wardrobe with a lesson and meaning behind the gift.
3. Young men and women learn the importance of goal setting, looking professional and being prepared.

How You Can Be Involved

• Sponsorships: We are requesting organizations co-brand with Power Partners USA  and help sponsor costs associated with this project
• Promotions: We promote your company in association with our community service contribution and include your organization on the back of the card included with the tie. We can do a tie distribution at your preferred nonprofit or educational location
• Mentoring:  Contribute by offering mentoring and advice to the young men receiving the ties. 
• Associated Giveaways – We can distribute any giveaways you want to contribute during our necktie giveaway, necktie lesson and mentoring session.
