A longtime resident of Long Beach—born in Los Angeles, raised locally, and a graduate of Wilson High School—Scott went on to complete his education at UCLA, where he captained the men’s water polo team. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters, surfing, and snowboarding.
