Power Partners USA Serves Meals of Love at the Ronald McDonald House

On Monday, Nov. 3, 2025, Power Partners USA hosted a Meals of Love dinner in support of families staying at the Ronald McDonald House next to Long Beach Memorial. The event provided an opportunity for our members to network and contribute to families with critically ill children receiving care at the hospital.

A Valuable In-Person Networking Experience
Before dinner preparations began, Power Partners held only our second in-person meeting of the year in the Ronald McDonald House boardroom. It was an engaging networking experience, giving members the chance to meet, strengthen relationships and plan future collaborations.

Three administrators from Long Beach Memorial Hospital attended the meeting. Their presence helped bring awareness between professionals in the medical community and Power Partner USA businesses.

A Special Presentation from Ronald McDonald House
We also heard an informative presentation from Julie Sampras, Development Director of the Ronald McDonald House. Julie shared the mission, needs, and stories of the families who call the House a temporary home during some of the hardest moments of their lives.

Her presentation resonated with everyone in the room and inspired some of our members to get involved with the Ronald McDonald House in their own way.

We were proud to have Power Partners members and guests join us to prep dinner and share time with families who are caring for critically ill children. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, the cost of the meals was fully covered.

A special thank-you goes to Yvonne Lovato, chef and caterer of Creative2Unique and new Power Partner, who led the creation of a comforting and beautifully presented meal for the families and Power Partners in attendance. Yvonne’s culinary skill and kindness were the driving force in the kitchen — she was truly the MVP of the evening.

We also thank the Power Partner members and guests who volunteered with meal preparation.

A Beautiful Thank You from the Families
One of the most meaningful moments of the event came when we received a thank-you card signed by several families currently staying at the Ronald McDonald House.

These are parents facing long hospital days, uncertainty, stress, and worry — yet they shared words of gratitude and warmth.

Moving Forward — Continuing the Partnership
