How the Deal Happened
During a conversation between Charles and Jack at a PPUSA in person event, the topic of a multi-unit investment property came up. Jack mentioned that his brother-in-law had such a property available for sale.

Charles reviewed the opportunity, analyzed the investment, and ultimately purchased the property for approximately $2,200,000.  This was an off-market deal.

The building, pictured below, is located in the Bluff Park neighborhood of Long Beach.
