Power Partners USA is pleased to welcome Derrick Amos and New Vision Commercial Builders to our growing network of business professionals.

New Vision Commercial Builders is an established Southern California construction company serving residential and commercial clients. The company has a long history in the construction industry and provides the professional management, skilled trades and resources needed to take on projects ranging from renovations and property maintenance to larger commercial and multifamily construction projects.

The company's message is summed up in three words:

Speed. Quality. Integrity.
Derrick explained that Speed, Quality and Integrity represent how the company approaches its projects.
New Vision is a professional construction and project management company. Rather than dragging projects out with one person attempting to handle every trade, the company coordinates its team and specialized contractors to keep projects moving.

As Derrick explained during our conversation, “We are professional project managers and construction managers, so we bring in our team and get things knocked out.”

Power Partners USA is pleased to welcome Cory Amos and California Balcony Compliance (CBC) to our growing network of business professionals.

California Balcony Compliance specializes in helping apartment owners, multifamily property owners, HOAs and property managers navigate California's balcony inspection and compliance requirements under SB 721 and SB 326.

CBC was developed as a specialized company focused on these requirements, backed by the construction experience and resources of parent company New Vision Commercial Builders, an established Southern California construction company with more than 20 years of experience.

More Than Just a Balcony Inspection
One of the things Cory emphasized when we spoke with him is that balcony compliance can involve much more than scheduling an inspection.

There can be several steps between identifying a potential problem and completing the work necessary to address it. Cory's goal is to help property owners understand that process and know what comes next.
